Ashley Rodgers

Ashley is an RYT 200 yoga instructor, an IBBFA certified Barre instructor, and an ACE certified Heath Coach. She is grateful for the opportunity to currently be studying with Andrew Eppler for her 300 hour YTT where she is deepening and expanding her knowledge of asana, alignment, yoga philosophy, chanting, body work, pranayama, and meditation. Yoga was her first love, and since 2011 the practice has led her to seek out training in a wide range of physical fitness practices and teachings. She believes that practicing the yoga asanas, combined with breath work and meditation, is a means to increasing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her belief in yoga as a transformational practice comes from personal experience. Yoga has given her the gift of living each day as her best and truest self. Ashley feels called to teaching yoga in order to share the beauty of the practice with as many people as possible.
