Hatha Yoga with Mila

Mila’s classes are for all levels of yoga practitioners.
Her style of teaching involves spending time holding each posture with focus on alignment, bandhas and lengthening the spine.

This practice includes a full range of methods and techniques of Hatha Yoga including Mudras, Pranayama and Meditation. Enjoy a balanced, artful and unique yoga experience!
