200hr Training With Andrew Eppler
Three Powerful Paths. One Living Tradition.

Start Your Yoga Journey—or Take the Next Step
Wherever you are in the world, you can begin (or deepen) your yoga journey with us today. Our flexible 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga program allows you to study online, in person, or through an immersive retreat in India, making it easier than ever to integrate classical yoga into your life.
Join Andrew Eppler and a respected faculty of teachers and scholars in a comprehensive, transformative course covering asana, breathwork, Indian philosophy, and the rich cultural heritage of the Ashtanga tradition.
Whether you’re cultivating personal growth or preparing to share yoga with others, this course offers a solid and meaningful foundation.
Rooted in Authenticity & Tradition
Our program is uniquely rooted in the living yoga tradition of Mysore—not through the lens of a single teacher, but through deep engagement with an entire community of scholars, elders, and practitioners. Through direct study with respected Sanskrit scholars, you'll gain access to the Nathamuni Sampradāya and the Vishishtādvaita philosophy that shaped Sri Krishnamacharya’s worldview.
Join Andrew Eppler and a respected faculty of teachers and scholars in a comprehensive, transformative course covering Primary Series āsanas, vinyasa counts, adjustments, pranayama, mudra, Indian philosophy, and the rich cultural heritage of the Ashtanga tradition.
You’ll be introduced to the six classical Indian philosophies, as well as in-depth studies of the Bhagavad Gītā and Patañjali Yoga Sūtras, brought to life by diverse voices from Mysore’s renowned Sanskrit community. These teachings become more than theory—they become part of your internal framework as both a practitioner and a guide.
This approach not only sets our program apart—it also gives you the confidence to speak clearly and authentically about the lineage you've studied, the tradition you represent, and the deeper meaning of yoga in today’s world.
In Times of Transition, We Return to the Source
The recent passing of Sharath Jois has deeply affected the global Ashtanga community. For many, his guidance shaped their understanding of the practice, and his absence has left a space that words can’t easily fill.
In this period of reflection, questions are naturally arising—not only about what comes next, but also about where we’ve come from. While the Jois family has carried forward a powerful expression of the Ashtanga tradition, Mysore itself holds a much older, broader current—one sustained by scholars, temple traditions, and philosophical schools that have quietly supported the roots of yoga for generations.
This training is not offered as an alternative or a replacement. It is a humble invitation to explore the cultural and philosophical foundations of Ashtanga Yoga through direct contact with the living traditions of Mysore. Through study with Sanskrit scholars, elders, and lineage holders, we hope to offer a deeper sense of continuity and connection—especially in a time when many are seeking grounding and clarity.
