Level 1 - Intro to Yoga
We firmly believe that yoga is inclusive and welcoming to all. Our classes are meticulously crafted to gently introduce novices to fundamental breathing techniques and postures of classical yoga in a nurturing environment. With a focus on safety and support, we strive to demystify yoga, making it accessible to every individual who walks through our doors.
We encourage our new students to cultivate awareness of their body's sensations during practice and to approach each posture with mindfulness, respecting their own limits. Our teaching methodology involves closely observing each student's alignment and adapting the practice as needed to ensure a safe and joyful experience.
