200-Hour Āshtāṅga Yoga
Intensive Training — In Person
Norman, Oklahoma · Nine weekend intensives · Yoga Alliance RYT 200 · In collaboration with Saṃskṛti Foundation, Mysore
This training is the result of more than a decade of refining 200-hour programs around a single conviction: depth and accessibility are not opposites. With over 35 years of teaching experience, Andrew Eppler brings the full breadth of the tradition — āsana, prāṇāyāma, philosophy, Sanskrit, anatomy, and healing arts — into a program designed to be genuinely transformative.
There is no substitute for in-person learning when it comes to hands-on adjustments. Direct feedback, real-time guidance, and the shared energy of group practice are irreplaceable. This program gives you all of that, paired with a rich archive of online materials so your studies continue between weekends.
Certification endorsed by Ashtanga Yoga Studio and Saṃskṛti Foundation, Mysore. Eligible for Yoga Alliance registration upon graduation.
What You Will Learn
Primary Series — Āsana
Vinyāsa counts, Sanskrit names, precise alignment, and a structured approach to hands-on adjustments that builds confidence working safely with students.
Prāṇāyāma & Mudrās
Breath control and subtle energy practices as they are taught within the tradition — not as supplementary techniques, but as integral to practice itself.
Sanskrit & Chanting
Correct pronunciation and traditional mantra practice, taught with the guidance of Sanskrit scholars from Mysore.
Indian Philosophy
Study of the Bhagavad Gītā, Yoga Sūtras, and classical darśanas with Mysore Sanskrit scholars — these texts as they have been understood within the tradition that shaped Śrī Kṛṣṇamācārya.

Mentorship & Archive
One-on-one guidance with Andrew throughout your training, plus access to an extensive library of recorded lessons and resources.
Practical & Adaptable
The training spans nine weekend intensives, held once per month, rotating across three core areas: Yoga Methodology, Physiology & Healing Arts, and History & Philosophy. You have twelve months to complete the curriculum.
Each weekend builds on the last, but the schedule is designed with life in mind. If you miss a session, it can be attended via Zoom or completed through online materials. After graduation, you are welcome to return and refresh. Graduates attend future weekends for $150 each.
Begin immediately. A rich archive of online content is available from day one. You can start your studies before the first weekend and continue between intensives at your own pace.
