This class is a vibrant and dynamic experience, infusing the framework of Ashtanga Yoga with an array of variations, derivative postures, mudras, and pranayamas. While we honor the essence of the Primary Series and stick closely to it in other classes, we also delight in exploring playful alternatives. We aim to maintain clarity about the core principles of Ashtanga Yoga while experiencing great techniques and variations from yoga communities across the globe.
In this one class each week, we incorporate enjoyable elements into our practice. These include accessible approaches to ease into challenging postures gradually, as well as adventurous variations that spark inspiration and excitement. Our intention is to offer a balance of accessibility and exploration, enriching your yoga experience.
