A Note from Andrew

After more than three decades of practice, I’ve come to believe that yoga isn’t something you “complete.” It’s a relationship with one’s self, or way of seeing life—one that grows deeper with time, study, and community.

This training is not about memorizing a sequence or chasing credentials. It’s about building something meaningful and steady inside yourself. I created this program to support students who want more than surface-level yoga—who want to understand where it comes from, how it works, and how to integrate it into real life.

If you feel drawn to study in this way, I’d be honored to work with you.

— Andrew Eppler
