Tips for Enjoying the Conference
Mysore Yoga Conference is a conversation among cultures. Your thoughts matter! Feel free to ask questions and share your thoughts. There will be time for questions and answers after each lecture and asana class.
Write your question in the chat box for Andrew to read so that he can help get it to the speaker after the lecture or class. Generally you will be given a chance to ask your question in person so turn on your mic and camera to be ready.
Most of us will be used to Zoom, but for anyone who may be new, there is an option to send a text to one individual or to the entire group. Please select the one you intend to use.
Muting your Mic during the lecture is important as it keeps any background noise from your environment from being heard in the meeting. Also you will need to unmute yourself when you wish to speak.
We love to see you! However in some situations where the bandwidth is lagging we will ask everyone to turn off their camera.
Lectures will be approximately an hour. Then there will be about 15 minutes for questions. We cannot always get to every question, but we do our best to let everyone who does speak finish their thought. Again, typing your question in advance helps greatly to get your question into the conversation.
Expect timings to fluctuate with the different speakers.
Asana will be after both lectures each day. We will give a 20 minute break for everyone to get mats ready etc.
