Shamanic Yoga Weekend
May 20-22
Take some time to deepen your yoga practice and recharge far away from civilization. We have a beautiful weekend planned in which we will dive into the heart of yoga practice and explore nature within and without. This special weekend includes some unique opportunities to experience the state of yoga and to learn about the ancient origins of this mystical practice. Yoga shares a connection with all indigenous cultures and shamanic practices.
Yoga is an ancestral gift. Explore some ancient techniques for going within during our special shamanic yoga weekend at Magic Forest Center. We will be exploring several rituals over the weekend that can help us to purify ourselves and connect to nature and our own inherent strength and wisdom. We will be studying and connecting with the 5 great elements known as Pancha Maha Bhutas in Sanskrit. These include earth, water, fire, air, and space. The elements form the basis for many shamanic practices around the world. Learn how yoga can help you to connect with your own true nature!
